Located on Hyde Road above the Little Miami Scenic Trail in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Richard P. Eastman was a five-term Greene County Engineer. He was considered the godfather of the Little Miami Scenic Trail, and an early proponent of the Rails to Trails movement of turning abandoned railway tracks into recreational trails.
