About
I photograph to capture how it feels, not just how it looks.

Why I Photograph
Photography for me has always been about noticing. Light across a quiet room, how solitude can feel heavy or peaceful, the moments that slip by before you notice them. The camera lets me hold onto those things a little longer. In my fine art, that shows up as stillness, solitude, and escape. In commercial work, it’s about clarity and connection. A home should feel like somewhere you want to walk into. Food should make your mouth water. An event should bring back the rush of being there. Whatever the subject, I want the images to feel honest and true.
The path here hasn’t been straight. I spent years in business, pushing hard until I burned out. Picking up a camera wasn’t planned, it was a way to see and breathe again. What started as escape grew into the work itself, not just for me, but as a way to help others tell their stories. I love creating photo stories that show the people behind the work. Whether it’s an artist, a chef, an entrepreneur, or anyone creating, I want to show the care and craft behind their work.
My Path

Today
Today, I balance fine art projects with commercial work, and each side shapes the other. The art keeps me searching for meaning; the commercial work keeps me grounded in people and place. From milestones to menus, homes to events, I bring the same intent: to make images that carry feeling and stay with you.
