Author Portraits, Done Differently
When the authors of a sci-fi trilogy reached out about portraits for their book, I told them upfront, I don't really do the standard author photo. What I actually shoot is someone in their own space, doing their own thing, not posed against a backdrop. Turned out that's exactly what they were looking for, so here's some of that session.
Hyacinth and Roi co-wrote Points of Failure, Vol. 1: Interwoven, a story set two and a half centuries in the future asking whether people can ever really build harmony across nations, cultures, and generations.
